Josh Poechman

About Josh Poechman

Josh is a Physiotherapist who earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University, England, in 2025. He previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in 2022.

His passion for physiotherapy started when he received an opportunity to be a student athletic trainer for the Western University Men’s Hockey team, working in the physiotherapy clinic with athletes and their injuries, tailoring treatment to their needs.

Josh is very excited to be joining the team at Fundamentals Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinic. He believes in a patient-centred and patient-first model of care, tailoring treatment to the individual.

Outside of the clinic, Josh enjoys fishing, playing guitar, going to the gym, and cheering on Toronto sports teams. Josh is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care that will help patients reach their goals and achieve long-term results.
