About Sierra

My name is Sierra, and I’m one of the Patient Experience Coordinators at Fundamentals Physiotherapy. I have over 6 years of experience working in front-desk and client-facing roles, and I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people and creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

I’m currently pursuing my Practical Nursing education at Durham College, which has given me an even greater appreciation for patient-centred care, communication, and building trust with those I work with. I love being able to connect with clients, make them feel comfortable, and support them throughout their experience at the clinic.

Outside of work and school, I have a strong passion for sports and staying active. I enjoy weightlifting, completed my first HYROX in October 2025 (and hopefully my first of many!), and previously played competitive lacrosse for seven years.
