About Sofia Navas

Sofia graduated from Ontario Tech University in 2023 with a degree in Kinesiology. During her studies, she gained valuable experience working closely with a university staff member to help her achieve her fitness goals. Additionally, Sofia developed a deeper understanding of the aging population through her course work with seniors at the Abilities Centre. Sofia also completed a placement at a chiropractic center, where she had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, addressing musculoskeletal conditions, womens health conditions, chronic pain conditions and more.With a passion for holistic wellness, Sofia is particularly interested in exercise and women’s health. Her experience and dedication to helping others reach their full potential make her a great addition to the team.

Outside of her professional life, Sofia enjoys teaching Latin dance, including salsa and bachata, working out, going on adventures to new places, planning her next travel destination, discovering new food spots, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is excited to help you reach your health and wellness goals!
