Sharon knew as early as the fourth grade that she wanted to work in healthcare—and today, as a Registered Massage Therapist, she’s proud to support her clients on their healing journey.

A graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Durham College (Class of 2022), Sharon brings a unique and well-rounded background to her practice, including experience in theatre production, retail, and medical administration. This diverse foundation has enhanced her ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate, personalized care.

Sharon offers both therapeutic and restorative treatments tailored to individual needs. Her approach incorporates techniques such as myofascial and fascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, prenatal and postnatal care, and general Swedish massage.
