Ruta is a Resident Physiotherapist. Starting with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a well-renowned university in Gujarat, India, in 2018, she furthered her education by earning a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion (FIT) from Durham College in 2022.

Ruta has gained extensive knowledge in the field of physiotherapy. She has profound expertise in treating a range of injuries from acute to chronic, including movement-based and postural-related injuries. Ruta’s skills encompass injury rehabilitation, pain management, enhancing functional abilities, and overall strength and conditioning.

She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals through evidence-based treatments, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and patient education. Ruta excels in designing personalized rehabilitation programs and incorporates enhanced recovery plan for the patients. Her goal is to empower patients to become stronger and more independent, promoting long-term health and wellness.
