About Cheyenne Burnham

Cheyenne been a Fascial Stretch Therapist since 2013, helping clients improve their movement, reduce pain, and reach their performance goals. She began her career as a Personal Trainer, but quickly recognized that her clients needed more than just strength and conditioning—they needed help with mobility, recovery, and long-term joint health. This realization led her to Arizona, where she trained directly with Chris and Ann Fredrick, the creators of the renowned “Stretch to Win” system.

Since then, Cheyenne has continually expanded her knowledge with a wide range of courses in health, fitness, and mobility. She combines these methods to create customized, effective treatment plans for each client, whether they’re elite athletes or everyday individuals seeking to move pain-free.

Cheyenne has worked with high-performing athletes in sports such as baseball, track and field, hockey, football, soccer, golf, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Her passion, however, lies just as much in helping the average person feel and function at their best. She strongly believes in educating her clients and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and mobility journey.

Cheyenne is currently entering her third year at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she is working toward her Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practice (DOMP), with graduation expected in 2027. She is deeply committed to expanding her skills to serve her clients more efficiently and holistically.

Cheyenne is looking forward to working in a collaborative environment, contributing to team sessions, and participating in team-building events. She welcomes clients aged 12 and up and is ready to help you move, feel, and live better.
