Cassandra is our Office Administrator at Fundamentals Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic. She brings over 4 years of administrative, customer service and human resource experience to the clinics administrative team.

With previous experience as a Medical Office Administrator and Human Resource Coordinator at a Pain Management Centre, she has extensive knowledge on the client experience, scheduling patients, clinical processes and physician correspondence. She will be working in collaboration with the clinicians to ensure patients have a great client experience from their initial booking to their final discharge.

Cassandra has impeccable organizational skills, is a fast learner and dedicated to being successful at the tasks she performs. She finds great satisfaction being the first point of contact for patients, and ensuring that the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.

As for home life, after spending 10 years raising two handsome boys, Cassandra went back to school and graduated the Medical Office Administration program at Durham College with Honours in 2016. She loves spending time with her family, and has a small obsession for Harry Potter!
