Cassandra is the Office Administrator at Fundamentals Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic, bringing over four years of experience in administration, customer service, and human resources to our team.

Previously, she worked as a Medical Office Administrator and Human Resource Coordinator at a Pain Management Centre, where she gained extensive knowledge in client care, patient scheduling, clinical processes, and physician correspondence. At our clinic, she collaborates closely with clinicians to ensure every patient enjoys a seamless experience from their initial booking to their final discharge.

Cassandra is known for her impeccable organizational skills, quick adaptability, and unwavering dedication to excellence in her work. She takes pride in being the first point of contact for patients and thrives on keeping the front desk running smoothly and efficiently.

At home, after spending a decade raising her two wonderful sons, Cassandra returned to school and graduated with honours from the Medical Office Administration program at Durham College in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and has a slight obsession with all things Harry Potter!
